Pros and cons of D'Chords app for iPhone and iPad

D'Chords app good for

I was quite satisfied, but with the last update, no sound is played on my iPad 3 with latest iOS. Ekkehard
Very amazed with this app. The interface is unlike the other chord applications. Chords are easily changed from three categories. Plus you can hear the notes as you virtually strum!
At last a chord dictionary that shows the names of the notes that make up the chord. Well done.
This app is great. I am new with guitar and it has helped me out alot!! :) I recommend it to anyone! 
Just one thing, since the new update I find the notes distort a bit when stummed together. It would also be nice to save favorite chords to a favorites section.
Great app, very useful huge library, good use of touch interface, you can strum the chord! (how about an acoustic guitar sound too?) it would be neat to have a "whats this chord?" feature where you select the notes and it finds the closest match.

Some bad moments

Since the latest Mac upgrade, it has no sound and my email to tech support goes unanswered.
I used to love this app- it would let you play one string at a time, or strum the chord you had selected. Now theres no audio output whatsoever. So- whats the point? A chord book would do everything this app now does- and it would be easier to use!
No audio, please fix ASAP Kind of pointless if there is no audio.
Why is this app. Still in the. Store. ?? No. Sound !! Tech support web site no longer exist !! There should be a refund button. If app and developer has this type behavior !! Its been what now ? 6 months app is defective. And it still is. ..........
The old version of this and Scalemaster were much better, in too many ways to list here. I would provide direct feedback to the company if I could, but the in-app support link is broken.
This app was great until the update. The app wont play sound when you strum the chords now.
